Meet Our Instructors
Erica has been practicing yoga in the Rochester, Buffalo, and Albany areas for 8 years. She began her
yoga practice to help strengthen her career as a gymnast and became instantly inspired by the practice.
Through various styles of practice Erica not only found physical challenge and relief, but a greater sense
of herself and the communities around her.
After years of feeling compelled to learn more about the history, philosophy, and asana of yoga, Erica completed her 200-HR teacher training in 2018. She brings a light-hearted spirit to her classes, encouraging students to always take what they need, while finding the courage to push for what they truly desire. She looks forward to continuing to be a student of yoga throughout her life.
